
Creme Brulle
A most rotund confection: a golden-fried orb, generously filled with a silken vanilla cream custard. Rolled, with great ceremony, in a cloak of cinnamon sugar, before being ever-so-boldly dipped into a gleaming coat of caramel splendour.
